风机过滤机组FFU特性：
- 壳体结构选用不锈钢、铝合金、冷轧钢板材料制作，重量轻、抗腐蚀、防锈、美观大方。
- 特别适合于组装成超净生产线，可根据工艺需要布置为单台使用，也可将多台串联形成100级流水线装配线。
- 风机从FFU顶部将空气吸入并经高效过滤器过滤，过滤后的洁净空气匀速送出；具有低耗能、高静压、可调风速、运行成本低特性。

注意事项与保养：
风机组附异常指示灯及外接接点，可自行检视异常原因，有绿色LED灯显示当前电机的工作档位。正常运转时异常指示灯（Alarm ）灭，正常送电下,风机无运转时异常指示灯亮。异常时可能出现以下情况:马达超载跳脱;马达线圈烧毁;内部接线脱落。
前置及主过滤器更换前置过滤器蓄积颗粒比较大的尘埃，需每隔7～10日清理1次。请连框一起拆下用水洗净后再装入使用。主过滤器灰尘集积愈多时风速、风量减少。如滤网之压损增大至原来2倍时,或未达清净等级时则须更换。
为使风机过滤机组发挥最佳效果，在安装时请详细检查各部件，同时一年最少做1～2次定期检查。
Notice and Maintenance:
1. Fan units equipped withabnormal indicator light and output connection points, be able to self-check the abnormal reasons, LED light with green color displayed as operating gear of current fan. Abnormal indicator light (Alarm) turns out when fun normal operating.Abnormal indicator light turns on when following cases occurs: motor overloaded, coils of motor burned out, inner connection wire fell off.
2. Replace the pre-filter and host filter, pre-filter need to be cleaned one time every 7-10 days as it accumulates large dust grains. Please removal it with its frame, and then clean it with water before reload and use. The air speed and air flow of host filter will decrease while host filter accumulating too much dust. In case of pressure loss of filter screen increase 2 times, or not reach to the clean level, then must be replaced.
3. In order toutilize the maximum impact of FFU, please detailed inspect each component when installation, periodically inspect at least 1-2 times one year at the same time.
