一 选择安装点
§ 1.1 工况要求
超声波流量计的安装在所有流量计的安装中是最简单便捷的，只要选择一个合适的测量点，把测量点处的管道参数输入到流量计中，然后把传感器固定在管道上即可。
选择安装点是能否正确测量的关键，选择安装点必须考虑下列因素的影响：满管、稳流、结垢、温度、压力、干扰等。

1. 满管：选择充满流体的材质均匀质密、易于超声波传输的管段，如垂直管段（流体向上流动）或水平管段。

2. 稳流：安装距离应选择上游大于10倍直管径、下游大于5倍直管径以内无任何弯头、变径等均匀的直管段，安装点应成分远离阀门、泵、高压电和变频器等干扰源。

§ 1.2 仪表井里安装传感器的施工要求
如现场传感器需要安装在仪表井里时，就必须需要有一定的安装空间，以便于人能直立工作，即管壁到墙壁之间的距离至少550mm以上，即宽度W＞（D+550×2）mm，水泥管路W＞（D+700×2）mm，仪表井轴向宽度L＞D+1200mm，安装传感器时，应避开法兰、焊缝、变径，并尽量安装在管道轴线水平位置±45°范围内，然后将主机壳体接地。
