Air Conveying System
空气输送线采用外法兰结构侧面吹风，适用于0.5L圆型PET空瓶，输送能力：30000瓶/小时。定制优质3kw 2p离心通风机。风量（m3/h）：＞3400。风机间距8-9米，采用西门子变频器来控制风量、风压，运行时风机的噪音≤85分贝。经初效过滤器主要解决的是5微米以上尘埃粒子的过滤，对大粒子有较好的截留作用。
It uses external flange structure for side air blowing for the air conveying line. It is applicable for 0.5L round-shaped PET empty bottle. The conveying capacity is 30000 bottles/hour. Custom-tailered high quality 2P 3KW centrifugal blower is used. Air volume (m3/h):＞3400. Air blower distance: 8~9m. Siemens frequency converter is used to control air volume and pressure. The noise of air blower in running:≤85DB. The early effect filter is mainly used for filtration of dust particles more than 5 microns with relatively good interception function.
电控柜采用不锈钢材质，配备排风扇。具备完善的电气保护、工艺保护和安全保护功能，电控安全等级为IP55。
The electrical contrl cabinet is made of stainless steel. It is equipped with exhaust fan. Its security level is IP55, with impeccable electric protection, technological protection and security protection.
输瓶设备
Bottle Conveyor
使用进口莱克斯诺塑料链板,配:82.6x38.1，方板轴承为工程塑料外壳件。
It applies importedREXNORDplastic chain plate: 82.6×38.1.The square board bearing is made of engineering plastics.
全不锈钢机架不锈钢机架侧板（304）材质，侧板厚为：2mm。
All stainless steel rack and 304 stainless steel side plate. Thickness of side plate: 2mm.
输瓶线两则采用利生绿色超高分子板，表面光洁无划痕，不锈钢骨架。
The two sides of bottle conveyor apply Li Sheng Branded green ultra-high molecularpolyethyleneplate. Its surface is smooth with no scratch and its framework is made of stainless steel.
积水盘板厚1.2mm，三排以上要压加强筋，要有排污接头，挂勾采用利生标准挂件，连接处无渗漏。
Thicknes of water collector plate: 1.2mm. If there is more than 3 rows of water collector plates, there should be stiffener and pollution discharge joints. Li Sheng Branded standard sky hooks are used for the conveyor. There is no leakage in joints.
自动控制系统及电控箱1台，全线变频调速及带堵瓶控制系统，国标电缆，不锈钢桥架及盖板，采用西门子PLC及变频器。
There is automatic control system and 1 unit of electric control cabinet. It applies frequency control of conveying speed, bottle blocking control system, international cables, stainless steel bridge frame, cover plate, Siemens PLC and frequency converter for the whole conveying line.
