环氧改性聚氨酯面漆/固化剂
产品概述：
环氧改性聚氨酯是一种双组份聚氨酯涂料，具有优异的保光及保色性。本品具有优异的耐水，耐动、植物油，耐磨损，抗碰撞及抗紫外线的特点，适宜在中等至严重腐蚀环境下使用。
适用范围：
1）作为长效保护装饰面漆涂用在严重腐蚀环境中的钢结构表面。
2）可涂在有色金属、混凝土、水泥、木板、聚酯、玻璃钢及其它刚性材料表面。
3）作为不泛黄耐化学品面漆涂在环氧底漆或中间漆上。

施工说明：
● 表面处理：施工表面必须清洁干燥，无松散漆层、油脂及其它污垢物。本品必须涂在预涂适当底漆的表面上。
●建议油漆配套：
底 漆：环氧富锌底漆涂一遍，参考用量：0.1 L/㎡，即10㎡/L。
中间漆：环氧云铁厚浆漆涂一遍，参考用量：0.1 L/㎡，即10㎡/L。
面 漆：环氧聚氨酯面漆涂两遍，参考用量：0.2 L/㎡，即5㎡/L。
● 施工方法：无空气喷涂、刷涂或一般喷涂。
● 稀 释 剂：S0220
（最大用量） 刷 涂：5～10 %
无气喷涂：5 %
一般喷涂：15 %
● 清 洗 剂：S0220
● 安全守则： 1）易燃物品，远离火源。在施工范围内不宜吸烟。
2）施工时必须保持空气流通，并采用一定的防护措施。避免吸入溶剂蒸气或漆雾，皮肤、眼睛不得接触本品。
3）贮存在阴凉干爽的地方。

Description:
Epoxy Modified Polyurethane Primer is a two-component PU coating for Aluminium alloy and Zinced iron etc. It is a special undercoat with excellent adhibiting force and abrasion resistance.
Recommeded Use:
As a selfprimed paint system or as an intermediate or finish coat in PU systems in severely corrosive environment.

Application Details:
Surface Preparation: Remove all dust and grid residue before applying the primer, For previously painted surfaces, please consult our technical department for specific recommendation.
Subsequent Coat:
Primer: Epoxy Modified PU primer T5440 one coat:0.1L/㎡；
Topcoat: Polyurethane Enamel orFluorocarbon pain two coat: 0.2L/㎡.
Method of Application: Airless spray, brush or conventional spray
Thinner: Airless spray5%, Air spray:15%, Brush:5%-10%
Cleaning of tools: S0100
Safety Precautions:
1) This product is inflammable, keep away from sparks and open flams, No smoking should be permitted in the area.
2) Provide adequate ventilation during paint application avoid skin and eyes contact and inhalation of spay mist;
3) Store in a cool and dry place.
